Our operations will be strategically based in Andros Island, where we will mine local rock products, while establishing our main import hub in Eleuthera Island, a growing center of business activity. From these key locations, we aim to become one of the premier importers and local manufacturers of stone and aggregate products in the region. Over time, we plan to expand our capabilities by investing in our own boats, trucks, hardware storage facilities, and eventually, a block plant to further serve the construction needs of the islands.
The current market demonstrates a strong demand for change. While cement in Nassau is priced at $600 per 1.5-ton bag, the same bag is available from the Dominican Republic for
only $135. This price disparity highlights a clear opportunity to deliver significant cost
savings to Bahamian communities while ensuring a more reliable supply chain.
